Just wanted to say that Jason was the best tech person I have ever encountered—and I’ve dealt with many through various offices where I worked. He does not over-explain, or under-explain, or treat you like you are ignorant, or bore you with irrelevant details. He also talked with the Bell rep on my behalf, which in itself is a valuable service, since they always manage to raise my blood pressure. I hope that Jason will one day teach the art of tech consulting to others! As someone in the “advice business” myself, I am especially aware of the skills required beyond professional knowledge

Within 24 hours the team was on premises analyzing my needs. Within another couple of days they had installed a new mesh Wifi system that has proven to be fast and reliable. I was confident I’d called the right place to help tidy up and secure my home network when I called, the reviews are great. Jason came and seemed very knowledgeable and pleasant. The key things he did where to create a mesh network so I had stronger wifi throughout and he configured back up to an external disc for 2 laptops. He was also able to remote in on a couple of later occasions to sort out some other network related issues. Overall great service!

His patience and willingness to explain things so that I understand what was wrong and what he did has enabled me to be able to troubleshoot and fix many issues without having to contact him. I recently hired Jason to retrieve some files from an old Mac computer from the mid-1990's. This computer had a floppy disc drive for copying files and CD ROM drive that wasn't capable of writing to CDs. Needless to say this is ancient technology by today's standards, and a challenge Jason said he hadn't come across before. However, he dove into the task and tried several methods to retrieve the files, taking care not to damage the machine. Retrieving the files proved to be quite a daunting task and even though he thought he had exhausted all possibilities, he persevered and found a new approach until he was able to not only retrieve the files, but copy them onto my current PC and then found a program to install that allows my PC to read them. I was deeply impressed by his perseverance, commitment and professional conduct, and highly recommend him to anyone needing a computer technician.
